What are the terms of the acquisition?

While we are not disclosing terms, we can confirm that this was structured as a reverse triangular merger, where the primary form of consideration is Inveniam stock. We believe that the terms are attractive and a good outcome for ÿ�ճԹ� shareholders, optionholders, customers, employees, and community as a whole. The Definitive Agreement has been signed, and closing is expected shortly, subject to the standard closing conditions and approvals.
